Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd's fight sport experience began when she was 14 years old. After training in kickboxing boxing BJJ and wrestling, she made her amateur debut against Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she turned 18. Ladd was able to win three bouts over the course of a row at Ultimate Reno Combat. All her opponents were finished within the first moment. Then, she returned to WCFC to beat Leslie Rodriguez by unanimous decision. Aspen took on Silvia Babaeghian and Maddy Simmons before fighting Cynthia Calvillo at WCFC 9. Cynthia defeated Aspen and prevailed over her with a unanimity to create a blemish on Ladd's amateur record. Ladd rebounded from the loss to defeat Roma Pawelek, taking her record to eight one. Aspen signed her contract with Invicta FC in 2015 to get her first professional fight. Aspen fought Ana Carolina Vidal at Invicta FC 11 and beat her for a 1st-round TKO. Invicta 16 saw her go to the weight class of Bantamweight following her bout with Amanda Cooper by armbar in the second round. Aspen took on McGill with her wrestling to finish her off with the third round by TKO. The next fight was against Jessica Hoy at Invicta FC 18 in the weight class of catchweight(138.1lb) in which Ladd did not reach her weight, but Aspen was a dominant Hoy and got her out at the end of round two via TKO. Her final fight with Invicta FC, she beat Sijara Eubanks in a unanimous decision in Invicta FC 21. Aspen Ladd made her UFC debut at UFC Fight Night 118 with Lina Lansberg. She outclassed Lina and then pounded her on the ground for a second-round TKO victory. In her subsequent fight, she was able to defeat Tonya Evinger even more impressively. Ladd defeated Evinger within the first ten seconds and earned a reward for her performance on the evening. Sijara Eubanks of Invicta FC was her opponent in the rematch that took place at UFC Fight Night dos Anjos against Lee. This was Ladd's debut major fight. The two fighters had a close fight that Ladd was victorious by a majority decision. Both fighters earned the Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie broke Ladd's streak of winning within 16 seconds. After a break of a few seconds before returning to take on Yana Kunizkaya during the UFC's ESPN 7 third-round fight. She took on Norma Dumont as a substitute in her last fight with the UFC in UFC Fight Night 195. Her defeat was decided by unanimous decision.
